Question: Google Adwords and Organic/Natural Search Question?
I have a google adwords advertising campaign running. I have several different adgroups, most of which contain a single keyword. Using this method, I have super-relative ads to most of the search terms. To help out my quality score, I want to go back and tailor individiual landing pages for each keyword. By doing this, a large amount of content would be carbon-copied to several different landing pages. Will this negatively impact my organic search rankings?

Answer:

Answer by wow!
Having duplicate content on your site is not good for Organic Rankings…. since those different pages will keep competing with each other for upper SERP positions.. and also will not comply with top search engine policies…

Also, you would want to group keywords and then make one landing page for a particular group. Keep all the non actionable text to minimum…

Best of luck with the landing pages!

Question: Web Marketing agency to manage google adwords, search ranking and posts?
We are a technology company and are in the digital signage business. We are looking for web-marketing companies who can manage our listings, adwords and other web initiatives

Please suggest names / agencies

Not sure your question fits the Yahoo Answers Community Guidelines. I’d hate to think what it would be like if a hundred people like you made similar posts on the same day. It would destroy the spirit of the YA concept rather quickly don’t you think?

Question: Are there any good search engine traffic estimators out there similar to Google’s Adwords Traffic Estimator
It can be online or desktop software but I have around 400 keywords and I need estimates for at least Google and maybe Yahoo and MSN if available. I can’t use Googles, I put all the keywords in and it spit out that I had some bad keywords but didn’t tell me which and I don’t have time to go through every single one and troubleshoot the issue.

Answer:

Answer by atif zain
If you are asking for traffic estimator for any site or search engine than the answer is

www.compete.com
www.alexa.com

try these…

If you are asking for keyword estimation than no one is better than Google Adwords.

Question: Which is better for bidding on search words: bidding with Yahoo or using Google AdWords?
For a company, which is better for search words to advertise: Yahoo or AdWords? Which is better in terms of quality, price, etc? I would like specific answers and references to places where I can get this info if you don’t mind please. Thanks!
This is for a local business, only one store, no chains, etc. It’s a day spa business, so the market it is attracting is local, domestic customers, in the US

Answer:

Answer by Shelly C
1st, It is important to know what market you are going after. (i.e. International, Domestic, etc..) There are more international users that use google, but here in the States, they are pretty even, or maybe even leaning more towards Yahoo!, now. From my experience, I have seen better results with Yahoo! when targeting the state or local market in the USA. The positioning of the Yahoo! AKA Overture, is a lot easier for a consumer to find, opposed to the positioning of Google. I would advocate utilizing both marketing tools to see which hits your market best and then, of course, go with which brings you the best ROI. But to answer your question, if I had to only choose one, it would be Yahoo!
